The Compile stage generally yields additional resources that can be used in telling the story. These may include photographs, official documents, drawings, audio recordings and film clips.
During this part of the process, both you the client, and Your Story Shared will be gathering as much material as possible to document and illustrate the story being told. We will do recorded interviews of the subject and informants, both individually and in various constellations.
We may engage a professional photographer to take pictures during interview sessions to complement existing material. We may engage a professional videographer to record the interview on digital video.
The narrative that emerges from interviews will drive selection of imagery to illustrate the story from the bank of materials that has been collected . When we have finished the Compile stage, we will have both structure and content for the final narrative.
